  • Leadership of major Epic EMR rollouts across academic medical centers, large health systems, and multi-site ambulatory networks.

  • Expertise in implementation strategy, workflow redesign, change management, and clinician adoption.

  • Experience delivering successful programs at organizations such as Cleveland Clinic, University of Washington, Brookdale Medical Center, University of Maryland, Sparrow, Kettering, Cone Health, and Memorial Health.

Public Health & Community Care Integration

  • Experience building partnerships with health departments, FQHCs, and community care organizations.

  • Leadership in deploying EMR and health information exchange solutions across distributed public health settings.

Integration & Interoperability Leadership

  • Experience working with HL7, FHIR, APIs, device integration, and interoperability frameworks.

  • Skilled at navigating the complexities of Epic Systems integration and third-party application connectivity.

Clinical Operations & Workflow Integration

  • Deep understanding of clinical operations across cardiology, primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health.

  • Ability to align EMR functionality with real-world workflow requirements across diverse care environments.

  • Proven success at strengthening collaboration between clinicians, IT teams, and administrative leadership.

Program Governance & Systemwide Coordination

  • Establishment of program governance structures that unify clinicians, administrators, and IT leadership.

  • Expertise guiding multi-disciplinary teams through milestones, regulatory requirements, budgets, and vendor engagement.

  • Strength in rescuing, refocusing, or accelerating stalled or challenged EMR initiatives.

Digital Transformation Strategy

  • Capability to develop long-range technology roadmaps supporting clinical excellence, compliance, and organizational sustainability.

  • Experience modernizing legacy systems and integrating emerging technologies with existing EMR platforms.
